Manufacturing with Acoustic Signature

All our products are manufactured on most modern machines exclusively using CNC operated machines. Only this secures and makes the quality of our products possible. More than 90% of all parts are in house produced on our own machines. We use machines from the manufacturer Okuma that concerning the price as also quality marks the upper end of the scale. Here solid machine building, spped and accuracy come together.

The turning milling centers which we use can apart from the conventional turning's operation to also do milling. This makes a complete manufacturing of parts possible. From this a better accuracy to size and perfect an positioning of the drillings to each other is the result.

All programs for the manufacturing of the parts for our turntables are stored central and are available over a network at any time at the machines. So all parts are in same quality no matter when they were produced. All production processes are completely documented. Compared to conventional production on conventional machines which most of our competitors do we achieve far better quality and accuracy at any time.
As some of you might know we are also doing OEM business very sucessfully for other companies to bring our outstanding quality to more manufacturers.
